What is the minimum order value and delivery time?
The minimum order value at Aifcandles is €250 excl. VAT for your first order and €150 excl. VAT for re-orders.
Outside the peak season (April to August), orders are usually shipped within 1 week. During our peak season (September to March), we aim to ship orders within 2 weeks.
Many of our candles are made to order. Depending on how busy we are and the size of the order, processing can therefore sometimes take a little longer.
We recommend taking this into account when placing your order.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay at Aifcandles by iDEAL, credit card or bank transfer. If you pay directly, you receive a 2% discount on your order.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, regular customers can pay by invoice with a payment term of 30 days.
How does it work for a first order?
First orders require prepayment. Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver business orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Lithuania, Austria, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Can I return products?
Returns are only possible in case of damage or an error in the delivery. Please contact us within 5 working days of receipt at info@aifcandles.nl.
We recommend ordering extra replacement flame inserts, so that minor defects can be resolved quickly yourself. If something does turn out to be broken and you only find out after more than 5 days, please contact us and we will look together at what is possible.
Please note: returns or complaints from end customers cannot be handled directly by Aifcandles. Any damage or defects are handled exclusively with the purchasing party (the store). Aifcandles only reimburses or supplies replacement products to the original buyer, not to third parties.
Is customisation possible?
For larger orders or special collections, customisation in colour or finish is possible. Please contact us directly.
Do you also offer sales support?
Yes, we provide product photos and basic information so you can easily use the products in your webshop or in-store communication.
Do I have a dedicated contact person?
Yes, at Aifcandles you always have one point of contact: Evie runs the business herself. So you are always in direct contact with her, whether by email or Instagram DM.
Do you also sell through other wholesale platforms, and how do prices and promotions work?
Yes. In addition to its own B2B platform, Aifcandles also sells through Orderchamp and Faire. Prices, promotions and conditions may differ per platform. No rights can be derived within the Aifcandles B2B platform from current prices, discounts or promotions on Orderchamp or Faire.

Ordering, payment and delivery
For B2B orders at Aifcandles, we apply a minimum order value of €250 excl. VAT for your first order and €150 excl. VAT for re-orders.
After you place your order, the average delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks. During busy periods, delivery times may be longer.

2% discount for direct payment
If you choose to pay for your order directly instead of paying by invoice, you receive a 2% discount on the order value. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.
For regular customers, we also offer the option to order on invoice with a payment term of 30 days. For a first order, we always work with prepayment. The order is processed as soon as payment has been received.
Pre-orders and follow-up shipments
Some products are available as pre-orders. This is clearly indicated in the product title, so you know in advance which items are not yet available for immediate delivery.
If an order contains both items that are available immediately and pre-order items, the available products are shipped first. The pre-order items are sent later as soon as they are in stock.
Shipping costs are charged again for sending pre-order items later. These costs depend on the destination country and the applicable shipping rate and are invoiced separately.
If several pre-order items become available at different times, multiple follow-up shipments may be needed. Shipping costs may be charged for each separate follow-up shipment.
Would you prefer your entire order to be shipped in one go once all items are available? Please contact us in advance to discuss the options.
The expected delivery date of pre-order items is an estimate and may change due to production or transport.

Availability and stock
Our products are produced in small batches. Availability may differ per collection and depends on the time of ordering.
Products that are temporarily out of stock may in some cases be offered as pre-orders. This is clearly stated in the product title.
Returns and service
Returns are only possible in case of damage or an error in the delivery. Please report any damage, defects or discrepancies within 5 working days of receipt via info@aifcandles.nl.
Always include the order number in your report and add photos where possible, so that we can assess the situation quickly.
Return shipments must be agreed with Aifcandles in advance. Always include your order number with an approved return shipment. Without an order number, we cannot process the return.
LED candles sent in a letterbox parcel are not taken back as standard because of the increased risk of breakage during return transport. In case of damage, defects or an error in the delivery, we will of course look for a suitable solution.
All returned items must be sent back carefully and preferably in their original packaging. In case of careless returns or damage during return transport, we may assess any loss in value.
We advise retailers to order extra LED flames or inserts, so that minor defects can be resolved quickly and easily without having to replace a complete candle.
Please note: Aifcandles does not handle returns or complaints directly with end customers. Any damage or defects are discussed exclusively with the purchasing party, the store. Refunds or replacement products are only provided to the original buyer.
Brand, sales channels and partnerships
Aifcandles prefers to work with retailers that match the look and positioning of the brand. We prefer partnerships in which Aifcandles is a permanent and recognisable part of the assortment, to ensure consistent brand presentation to the end customer.
To protect the quality and brand experience of Aifcandles, we do not enter into partnerships with dropshipping platforms, resale via large online marketplaces such as Bol and Amazon, discount stores or price-driven sales concepts. Non-professional sales channels, temporary sales, hobby sales and private markets also fall outside our target group.
Aifcandles reserves the right to assess applications and partnerships on the basis of brand fit, presentation and sales channel.
