How does the timer function of the LED candles work?

For the LED dinner candles, (gently!) press the flame on top of the candle down once. The candle switches on, stays lit for 6 hours and then switches off automatically. The next day, the candle switches on again by itself at the same time.

For LED candles with a switch on the bottom, set the switch to TIMER or ON. If there is no separate TIMER setting, the timer function is built into the ON setting.

What are Aifcandles LED candles made of?

The outside of our LED candles is made of 100% paraffin wax, which gives them a natural and atmospheric look. Please do not place the candles in direct sunlight or in warm places, as the wax may melt.

Can the candles be used outdoors?

All Aifcandles LED candles are made of wax. This makes them unsuitable for outdoor use, as the wax can be damaged by sunlight, moisture or changes in temperature. Should a special outdoor version become available in the future, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Are the candles safe for children and pets?

Yes, LED candles give off no heat or fire, so they are safe in a home with children and pets. Please keep in mind that the candles are made of real wax and are therefore fragile. It is best not to place them where children can easily reach them.

Are the LED candles fragile?

Yes, our LED candles are made of real candle wax (paraffin) and can therefore break or crack if handled incorrectly.

Which batteries do I need and are they included?

Most candles run on 2× AAA batteries. At Aifcandles, batteries are often included in the packaging, and this is clearly stated in the product description. In some cases, however, batteries are not included.

How long do the batteries last?

Depending on the type of candle and batteries, up to 100 hours of burning time. We recommend replacing the batteries every 3 months for the best results.

Can I use the images on this website?

Yes, as an Aifcandles B2B customer you may use the images on this website to sell and promote our products, for example on your own webshop or social media. The images are intended exclusively for Aifcandles products and may not be altered or used for other purposes.

Can I sell the LED candles individually?

Aifcandles supplies the LED dinner candles in sets of 2, packed in a beautiful gift box. As a retailer, you are free to decide whether to sell the set as a whole or offer the candles individually. We do not offer separate packaging for single candles.

What is a replacement LED insert (sold separately)?

A replacement flame is the removable LED insert of the candle. This is the part that contains the light and the timer function. With our LED candles, this flame can be carefully removed from the candle and replaced, without having to replace the entire candle.

We recommend that retailers order spare flames, so that minor defects can be resolved quickly and products remain sellable.

Silicone ring (1 piece): what is it for?

If the LED candle is too narrow for the candle holder, this silicone ring can be used. Place the ring around the bottom of the LED candle and then carefully place the candle in the candle holder. This keeps the candle firmly in place and upright.

Are instructions for use included?

Yes, we include separate instruction cards with every order. In many cases, the instructions are also printed on the packaging itself.
